Become a WeVote Community Ambassador

Are you passionate about civic engagement and looking for a way to make a difference in your community? If so, the WeVote Community Ambassador program might be the perfect opportunity for you!

WeVote is a social network designed to promote informed discussion and civil engagement among registered voters. Our platform provides a space for users to connect with each other, share information, and discuss the issues that matter to them. We believe that an informed and engaged electorate is critical to the health of our democracy, and we are committed to providing a space for respectful and productive dialogue.

As a WeVote Community Ambassador, you will play a key role in helping to build and sustain our community. You will be responsible for bridging the connection between our users and elected officials, facilitating dialogue and ensuring that the voices of our users are heard. You will also be expected to participate in community education and engagement activities, helping to promote civic engagement and informed discussion.

The WeVote Community Ambassador program is open to all registered voters, regardless of their political affiliations. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about civic engagement, and who are willing to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per month to the program. Ambassadors should be confident communicators, with strong writing and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable using social media and other online platforms.

If you are selected to join the WeVote Community Ambassador program, you will receive training and support to help you succeed in your role. This will include guidance on how to use our platform, best practices for community engagement, and resources for staying informed on the issues that matter to you. You will also have the opportunity to participate in community events and campaigns, and to work with other ambassadors and WeVote staff to drive change in your community.

If you are interested in becoming a WeVote Community Ambassador, we encourage you to apply today! To apply, please submit a resume and a cover letter explaining why you are interested in the program and how you believe you can contribute to the success of WeVote. Please note that the WeVote Community Ambassador program is unpaid, but we are happy to provide references and other support to help you pursue your career goals.
